It is a matter of opinion. You’d think they’d hit the Lidltrek I Got Selected For La Vuelta And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this jackpot considering the many first round draft picks they had, including a handful of first picks. Personally, I think it’s a cultural issue that may or may not be related to Taylor Hall. There were a few whispers about his attitude in the dressing room, but nothing verifiable to my knowledge. However, his joke about being a “draft expert” (alluding to the fact that his teams seem to end up receiving a disproportionate number of first picks overall) has may shed light on his attitude. High draft picks are given to the worst teams, so it’s no joke as he did. Combine that with the fact that every new team he joins has struggled to some degree, and you can certainly begin to form a hypothesis.
